  5. Step 1.
  6.         Be shure to have on a work bench,  and NO POWER APPLIED!
  7.  
  8. Step 2.
  9.         Remove the TWO BOTTOM covers,  One MAIN cover,  and the smaller
  10.         cover to the REAR of the transceiver.
  11.  
  12. Step 3.
  13.         Remove the TOP cover.
  14.  
  15. Step 4.
  16.         Remove the FOUR screws holding the AUTOMATIC ANTENNA TUNER.
  17.  
  18. Step 5.
  19.         Place the transceiver on it's side with the BOTTOM towards
  20.         you,  and the FRONT to your LEFT.
  21.  
  22. Step 6.
  23.         Being very careful,  remove the antenna tuner and allow it to
  24.         hang.
